How Vorafort collects, uses and protects the information you send through the contact form.

Who is responsible
Vorafort (vorafort.com) is responsible for the information you send us. Contact: clientes@vorafort.com.
Information we collect
What you enter in the contact form, the quote chat or the free audit: name, email address, country and, optionally, company, phone or WhatsApp, approximate budget, your message and the address of the website you want checked. Along with your request we keep which page or campaign you came from and which button you tapped, to learn what works. We don’t ask for sensitive or financial information.
Free audit
To run the audit we automatically visit the public page you give us, as any browser would, and check its speed, security and setup. We don’t access private areas or keep a copy of the content; only the result, which reaches us by email with your details so we can help you.
Purpose
To respond to your request, prepare a proposal and follow up on the conversation. We don’t use your data for advertising or add it to mailing lists without your explicit permission.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by accepting the notice before sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who receives it
The Vorafort team. The form is delivered to our inbox through Resend (resend.com), and our email is managed by Google Workspace. We never sell or hand over your data to third parties.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation or project lasts. If we don’t end up working together, we delete it within 12 months at the latest.
Visit statistics
We count visits to this site anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics: it uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you. We only see totals such as the page visited, country, device type, the site you came from and how often the main buttons are tapped, to learn what works and improve the site.
Social media connections
If you connect your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn account to the Vorafort publishing dashboard, we receive only what you authorize on that network: the name and ID of the account or page, and permission to publish the content you approve. We store that access encrypted in Supabase, and the dashboard is hosted on Vercel. We don’t read private messages, we never publish anything without your approval and we don’t use this data for advertising. To delete it, see vorafort.com/en/data-deletion.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to clientes@vorafort.com. We reply within 10 business days at most.
