Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Choose whichever option is easiest for you.

What we store

If you connected a social network to the Vorafort dashboard, we store the name and ID of the account or page, the access the network granted us (encrypted) and the posts you prepared, with their status. We never store your password.

How to request deletion

  1. From the dashboard

    Tap “Disconnect” on the network you want to remove. We delete its access immediately and the rest of its data within 30 days.

  2. From the social network

    Remove Vorafort’s access in the network’s settings. When the network notifies us, we delete that account’s data.

  3. By email

    Write to clientes@vorafort.com with the subject “Delete my data” from the email linked to your account. We confirm the request within 10 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Contact form

To delete what you sent us through the site’s contact form, email us (option 3).

What may remain

Backups are overwritten automatically within 30 days. We only keep what the law requires, such as billing records.
