What they cover
These terms apply to vorafort.com and to the Vorafort publishing dashboard, which lets you prepare, approve and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Your accounts
You may only connect accounts and pages you manage. By connecting them you authorize us to publish on your behalf only the content you approve in the dashboard. You can disconnect them at any time from the dashboard or from each network’s settings.
Your content
Your content remains yours. You are responsible for holding the rights to the text, images and videos you publish and for following each platform’s rules.
Prohibited use
The dashboard may not be used for spam, illegal or misleading content, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend access if that happens.
Third-party services
Publishing depends on the Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn platforms, which may change, limit or reject a post. If a post doesn’t go out, we show it in the dashboard.
Projects and payments
Projects and plans are governed by the proposal or contract we sign with you. Prices published on the site are for reference.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care, but we are not liable for indirect damages or for failures of third-party platforms. Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the latest update appears above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador.
