You create your card
Upload your logo, pick your colors and one of 3 designs, and choose the reward. For example: 10 stamps, a free coffee.
Your customer saves it
They scan the QR code on the sign at your counter, type their name and number, and the card lands in their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Your staff stamps it
From their own phone they scan the customer’s card and add the stamp. If the internet drops, the stamp is sent automatically once it’s back.

Do my customers need to download an app?

Yes, on both. Your customers scan the same QR code and save the card in their phone’s Wallet.
What if the internet goes down?
Your staff can keep stamping: the stamp is saved and sent automatically when the signal is back. Redeeming a reward does need a connection.
